Where to buy

Lamb & mutton

Our full selection of 2025-26 lamb is now available!

Our pasture-raised lamb

Visit our Farm Store or one of our farmers’ markets for lamb & mutton

We carry loin chops, top round roasts, Frenched racks, shanks, ground lamb, stew meat, organs, and a limited number of shoulder roasts and leg of lamb. We also offer different kinds of lamb sausage. All cuts are frozen.

Our skilled local butchers craft beautiful roasts and sausages that are perfect for a holiday meal or a cozy night’s supper. We’re proud to graze our lambs on pasture during the growing season, which results in a clean, mild flavor.

Wool & sheepskins

Sheepskins from our flock

Come to our Farm Store or one of our farmers’ markets to select your perfect sheepskin. They are naturally tanned without chemicals and are $285 plus tax (small) and $350 plus tax (large).

Our sheepskins are a beautiful gift for a baby shower, housewarming, or graduation—or buy one for yourself! We’ve known a few pets who love them, too. The sheepskins are easy to clean by hand and will last many years. They are tanned at Vermont Natural Tannery, without synthetic chemicals.

Handwoven wool blankets

Our 2025 wool throws have arrived!
Two options this year: pure white or indigo-dyed blue

Made with 100% wool from our dairy flock, our natural ‘throws’ are
woven by Lilly Marsh, a master weaver in the Adirondacks.

These "throws" are approx. 40” x 60" -- designed to throw over your lap while on the sofa or in a chair, or to wrap around your shoulders. The blue is natural dye from the indigo plant. The white is the natural color of our sheep.

Blue throw: $425 plus tax
White throw: $380 plus tax
We provide free shipping within the continental United States!

Find our wool throws at our Farm Store or any of the farmers’ markets we attend.

Yogurt and milk

Season: April-October

Our sheep’s milk yogurt

Bottled in beautiful 7.8-oz. and 15.5-oz. glass jars, our plain yogurt is made with milk from our pasture-raised East Friesian/Lacaune ewes. We pasteurize the milk, add cultures, then bottle and set the yogurt in our own farmstead creamery.

The yogurt is mild, full-fat, exceptionally creamy, and high in protein. It can be enjoyed plain or with honey, fruit, or nuts. It’s a delicious alternative to cow yogurt.

Available April - October

Our bottled sheep’s milk

This is 100% pure sheep’s milk, gently pasteurized and bottled in glass quarts at our farmstead creamery. It’s a rare find! Sheep’s milk is unique for its creamy, rich qualities — the taste is mild but the milk is sumptuous and filling. Use it however you use milk (it’s particularly good in coffee or tea). Perfect for folks with an intolerance to cow’s milk.
